Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¹ÒÅÆDolan remains dedicated to hosting thought-provoking discussions with distinguished executives through the Dean’s Executive Forum series.
Throughout the spring 2024 semester, the Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¹ÒÅÆDolan Dean’s Executive Forum has continued its tradition of hosting distinguished speakers, featuring Vice Chairman of the FDIC Travis Hill, and Senior Vice President Consumer Marketing and Sponsorships, North America at Mastercard, Anne Valentzas, showcasing the caliber of speakers at Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¹ÒÅÆ's Charles F. Dolan School of Business. In previous Dean's Executive Forums, Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¹ÒÅÆDolan has hosted distinguished speakers such as PwC Vice Chair-US Trust Solutions Co-Leader, Wes Bricker, and JetBlue CFO, Ursula Hurley ’04.
On January 24, 2024, Hill spoke to a standing-room-only audience where he bridged the gap between academic affairs and industry knowledge, through his extensive experience in the regulatory field. Hill has served in the vice chairman role since Jan. 5, 2023. Previously, he worked at the FDIC from 2018 to 2022 as deputy to the chairman for policy, and before that as senior advisor to the chairman. In these roles, among other responsibilities, he oversaw and coordinated regulatory and policy initiatives at the agency, and advised the chairman on regulatory and policy matters.
The Dean's Executive Forum continued to host engaging and experienced guest speakers as Anne Valentzas was welcomed to Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¹ÒÅÆDolan on April 2, 2024. Valentzas explored modern marketing strategies and shared her experience in Mastercard's innovative campaigns, including the highly successful collaboration with the GRAMMYs and Sza.
Valentzas has been with Mastercard for 11+ years where she has held various roles in Consumer and B2B Marketing and as a Product Architect, where she helped deliver solutions to meet the unique needs of Co-brand partners. Before Mastercard, Anne managed marketing for De Beers, overseeing the iconic A Diamond is Forever campaign.
Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¹ÒÅÆDolan will continue to commit to hosting engaging thought leaders and distinguished executives in discussions that explore issues with profound impact on business and societies through their Dean’s Executive Forum series.
