“I first attended the dinner in Spring 2015 at the encouragement of one of my Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¹ÒÅÆmentors, who has been attending for more than a decade," said young alumnus Dominic Paolino ’14, a 2019 Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¹ÒÅÆAwards Dinner Committee Member. "He highlighted the evening as not only a wonderful opportunity to recognize distinguished alumni and network with fellow Stags, but also as an opportunity to support the Multicultural Scholarship Fund.”

Last year, over 500 alumni, parents, students, and friends of the University came together at the Awards Dinner in New York City. They reunited with their Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¹ÒÅÆfamily, forged new connections, honored outstanding members of the University community, and gave to create possibiltiies for future generations of Stags.

Since 1988, the Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¹ÒÅÆAwards Dinner has been a true celebration of Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¹ÒÅÆand has raised more than $18 million for the Alumni Multicultural Scholarship Fund and other endowed scholarships, to help students realize their full potential through a Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¹ÒÅÆeducation, regardless of economic or social barriers. Fairfield’s flagship fundraising event for scholarship that celebrates inclusive excellence, the Awards Dinner also honors the achievements and volunteer service of alumni, parents, faculty and staff.

“I invite you to consider attending or supporting the Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¹ÒÅÆAwards Dinner in any capacity in which you are able to do so," said Claretta S. Mills ’16, also a young alumna and 2019 Awards Dinner Committee Member. "The critical funds raised through the dinner support the Alumni Multicultural Scholarship fund and other endowed scholarships that provide talented students with the opportunities they deserve.”
