Which Class Will Win the Parent Leadership Challenge?

If 500 or more parents participate, an additional $100,000 will be unlocked to enhance each student’s Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¹ÒÅÆeducation and experience. The parent class with the highest participation will win a special food truck for their students' class.

The Office of Parent Engagement & Philanthropy invites parents to participate in the 4th annual Parent Leadership Challenge now through Wednesday, October 20. A gift of any size from Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¹ÒÅÆparents will advance the University’s mission of developing men and women for others, and has the potential to unlock a $100,000 gift sponsored by the Parents Leadership Council for student financial aid, academic enrichment, and student life, if 500 parents participate. The parent class that earns the highest participation will win a special food truck for their students’ class.

Parent support and generosity are an integral part of Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¹ÒÅÆ’s success in helping students fulfill their potential. During last year’s Parent Leadership Challenge, parents came together to reach the goal and helped Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¹ÒÅÆto continue providing on-campus learning and social experiences throughout the entire 2020-21 academic year. This year, participation in the Parent Leadership Challenge will help reinforce Fairfield’s legacy of providing a superior education and experiences rooted in the Jesuit tradition of cura personalis — caring for the whole person.

Parents of the Class of 2022 have a special opportunity to participate in the Honor Your Graduate program during the Challenge. The program is a Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¹ÒÅÆtradition in which parents of seniors make a gift in their student’s honor or in honor of a faculty or staff member who inspired them. It’s an additional way parents can commemorate their senior’s accomplishments and hard work during their time at Fairfield.

Be sure to donate a gift of any size and show your Stag spirit! For more information about the Parent Leadership Challenge, visit .
