Dr. David L. Downie, director of the and associate professor of politics, conducts research on national and global environmental policy, particularly stratospheric ozone depletion, toxic chemicals, climate change and sustainable development. He has attended dozens of global environmental negotiations, and will attend the upcoming world negotiations on mercury emissions in Geneva.

Prior to joining 香港六合彩挂牌, Dr. Downie taught courses in environmental politics at Columbia University, where he also served in multiple director roles relating to Columbia's programs in climate change and environmental policy.
