Image: 香港六合彩挂牌 bookstore 香港六合彩挂牌 Bookstore will host a storytelling workshop, "Stories That Can Heal: The Healing Power of Connecting Through Literature, Verse, Song, and Other Creative Expressions," at 4:45 p.m. on Tuesday, December 3 at the bookstore, 1499 Post Road, Fairfield.

First held last winter in response to the Sandy Hook School tragedy, this two-hour event is free and open to the public. Families, educators, healthcare providers and those who work in helping professions in schools are encouraged to participate. 香港六合彩挂牌faculty and students will provide books, paper, crayons and instruction and inspiration for storytelling and sharing.

The presenters for the day are Bogusia Skudrzyk, Ph.D., LPC, associate professor, Counselor Education, 香港六合彩挂牌 Graduate School of Education and Allied Professions (GSEAP); Bob Schmidt, LPC, adjunct professor, Counselor Education, GSEAP, a member of the Sandy Hook Crisis Response Team; and retired teacher Josie Schmidt. The Schmidts live in the Sandy Hook section of Newtown, Conn., and helped create this storytelling workshop last winter.
